JACK DINARDO

DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL MARKETS

Jack DiNardo joined Peerless in 2023 as its Director of Capital Markets. Jack is primarily focused on sourcing and managing the execution of debt and equity placements for Peerless’s development projects.



Prior to joining Peerless, Jack founded 8th Street Partners, a real estate development and investment company concentrated on healthcare and related properties. Previously, Jack directed leasing and development of medical office buildings on behalf of a Chicago based developer. Prior to that, Jack was a Vice President at CBRE, where he advised clients throughout North America on site selection and economic incentives negotiation. Jack began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield where he marketed the disposition of develop and re-development sites throughout the greater Chicago area.

Jack completed his master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Northwestern University where he was a four-year letter recipient and two-year starter for the football program.
