Kaitlyn Ahern joined Peerless as a Senior Accounting Associate in 2023. Kaitlyn has eight years of experience in real estate accounting, valuations, and portfolio management from roles at Heitman LLC, KPMG, and Partners Enterprise Capital. She graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting, as well as a CPA.

She is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and son.
