MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ryan Cohen joined Peerless after working as a Financial Planning Analyst for Ryerson. At Ryerson, he focused on corporate finance functions, quarterly board reports and assisted with managing their industrial real estate portfolio.

At Peerless, Ryan works diligently to underwrite commercial real estate investments, assist with the development process, and leads the asset management function for the portfolio. He is detailed oriented and uses his experience to diversify the skillset of our team.

He lives in the lively Fulton Market neighborhood of Chicago but loves to travel when he isn’t enjoying time in the city. He also plays soccer and is an avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
